A few days ago, Angang Group Jiangyou Great Wall Special Steel Co., LTD. (referred to as Panchang Special) signed a contract with Sinopec to supply high-temperature alloy hot rolled flat steel, and Sinopec will use this batch of high-temperature alloy to replace imported products for the production of air cooler core materials. This is the first time that the company’s high-temperature alloy hot rolled flat steel has been used in batches for high-end customers such as Sinopec, which also fully reflects Sinopec’s recognition and trust in the quality of Panchang’s products and services.
It is understood that superalloy is a kind of alloy that can work for a long time at high temperatures above 600 degrees Celsius and under a certain stress. It has good elastoplastic and anti-oxidation, anti-thermal corrosion, anti-fatigue, anti-fracture and other properties, and is widely used in aviation, nuclear power, petrochemical and other fields. At present, the enterprises that can produce aerospace superalloys in the world are mainly concentrated in the United States, Russia, Britain, France, Germany, Japan and other countries.
Under the guidance of the technical staff of the superalloy room of the Science and Technology Department of the company, the flat steel operation area of Panchang Special Rolling Mill, which received the production task of this batch of products, carefully organized the staff of each process to learn the requirements of the superalloy hot rolling process, carefully organized party members and senior technicians to participate in the key processes, and paid close attention to the whole process control of product production. Scientific distribution of rolling mill reduction, precision adjustment of roll precision, the implementation of standardized operations, the heating, rolling, straightening and other work to the extreme, 4 specifications of the hot alloy hot rolled flat steel production success, especially the thickness of 14 mm sheet rolling success, indicating that the company has the hot alloy hot rolled ultra-thin flat steel mass production capacity.
