According to this estimate, the national daily output of crude steel 2,693,500 tons, an increase of 1.19%, the daily output of pig iron 2,554,400 tons, an increase of 2.4%, the daily output of steel 3,676,000 tons, an increase of 2.82%.

In mid-February 2024, the steel inventory of iron and steel enterprises was 18.9789 million tons, an increase of 2.8472 million tons over the previous ten days (that is, early February), up 17.65%; An increase of 3.624,400 tons or 23.6% over the same period last month; A decrease of 551,100 tons, or 2.82%, over the same period last year; Over the same period of the previous year, an increase of 2.0754 million tons, an increase of 12.28%.
