3, the concept of clean steel system engineering

1) Vertical concept
Vertical concept, that is, to think from the whole system and the whole process. For the production of low-cost high-quality clean steel, we must carefully grasp every production link from iron making to steel rolling. The whole process of ironmaking, pretreatment, steelmaking, prerefining, off-furnace refining, in-package metallurgy, continuous casting, heating, continuous rolling (heat treatment), cold rolling and so on is controlled, ignoring any link will bring irreparable impact on the production of high-quality clean steel.

The horizontal concept is to think horizontally in every process link, that is, the impact of factors such as technology, equipment, raw materials, and personnel operations on the production of high-quality clean steel.

The high concept is that the production of clean steel must be high quality, efficient, low consumption, environmental protection and low cost. The concept of time and space emphasizes continuity and reproducibility. The production of high-quality clean steel can not rely on engineering and technical personnel to follow every day, and can not rely on the selection of board by board after the product comes out. It should be that every furnace steel, every pouring time, and the products produced every month can be continuous, high-quality and clean. The time coordinates move, but the quality of the product remains the same. This requires a strict consistency of raw material stability, process stability, equipment stability, and worker operation stability.
